Bevo has been creating memorable dining experiences since Kathleen and Aaron Stine founded the catering company in 2009. Their focus is simple: exceptional cuisine made with the best local products available, paired with professional, thoughtful service.

Menus feature approachable food with creative flair and incorporate many Vermont products. Bevo is licensed in Vermont to serve both food and alcohol, making it a convenient choice for your wedding catering needs.

Aaron studied Hotel and Restaurant Management at Champlain College and went on to manage dining and events at several establishments, including Vermont National Country Club. Kathleen brings more than 20 years of food industry experience and earned her degree in culinary arts from the New England Culinary Institute. She later spent 10 years at the acclaimed Smokejacks Restaurant, where she developed a passion for locally sourced food, spirits, and wine.

In addition to off-site catering, Bevo has its own catering facility at 70 Roosevelt Highway in Colchester, featuring a private event space for celebrations of up to 100 guests.
