Update Your Directory Listing

Welcome to the New VAWP Website

As a member of VAWP, your business is listed in our online directory. 

We want to make sure that your information is correct, so please take a few minutes to review your listing.

Here's What You Need to Do:

  1. Find Your Directory Listing
    CLICK HERE to open the VAWP Member Directory. Use the search bar or browse your category to find your business. Click your listing to open your full profile page.
  2. Review Your Contact  and Profile Information
    • Check your company name, phone number, address, and other contact information for accuracy.
    • Click your website link to make sure it goes to the correct page.
    • Click your email link to ensure it goes to the correct email. This is especially important because inquiries submitted through the contact form on your profile page will be sent to the email address associated with your listing.
  3. Check Your Featured Image
    • The large image on your profile page is your featured image. This image also appears with your business in the main directory.
    • Your featured image must be a photo that represents your business, not a logo. Horizontal images work best.
    • If you see a VAWP graphic instead of a photo in the main directory, and there is no featured image on your profile page, we do not currently have an acceptable image for your listing. Please upload one using the form below.
  4. Add Gallery Images
    You may include up to 10 additional images on your profile page. For the best-looking gallery, we recommend using images with the same orientation, either all vertical or all horizontal, rather than mixing the two.
  5. Add a Video, If You'd Like
    You may include one video on your listing. The video must be hosted on YouTube or Vimeo. Provide the video link in the form below.
  6. Submit Your Changes
    Use the form below to tell us only what needs to be updated. Your company name is required so we know which listing to edit. If an item is correct, leave that field blank.

This email will appear on your listing and will receive contact form submissions.
Business Address
Provide the primary image for your listing. This image should represent your product or service, but should NOT be a logo, an image that looks like an ad, or an image with a watermark or text overlay. The image should be HORIZONTAL and the preferred size is 1000px wide x 667px tall.
Max. file size: 1 MB.
You may include a gallery of up to 10 images . Ideally, all images should be either horizontal or vertical, not a mix of both. Images must be 250K or smaller, with the ideal size being 1000px x 667px.
