What is your background? I started Farmhouse Truffles in 1998. After graduating from the New England Culinary Institute in 2001, I've worked as a Sous Chef/Pastry Chef at Osteria Pane e Salute in Woodstock, VT. Over the years, I've also had the great opportunity to study and train in various restaurants and hotels throughout Italy.
How long have you been working in Vermont? For 26 years I have lived and worked here in Vermont. This is due in part to me being a fifth generation Vermonter.
Favorite downtime activity: I really enjoy gardening or just being outdoors and enjoying the quiet and serenity of this beautiful state.
What do you enjoy about the Vermont wedding industry? Everyone involved is very supportive of each others successful endeavors and the quality to which they are performed. The energy and enthusiasm towards providing the best possible Vermont wedding experience is contagious. I look forward to continuing to be a part of this growing industry.
