What is your background?
Judd and I met at the Rochester Institute of Technology as photo students. We immediately hit it off - a year or so later, realizing that we shared a lot of the same goals, we formed a business together. We had both been photographing weddings before we met and it just made sense to create Eve Event Photography. Our goal was to create images that were candid, intimate and revealing without intruding on the couple's day. We've been able to do that with tremendous success and I think our work shows it.

How long have you been working in Vermont?
We've been shooting weddings in Vermont basically since we first started - about four years.

Favorite downtime activity:
In the summer, if we can squeeze in any free time, we love finding swimming holes to cool off in. Hiking is a three-season activity for us, and of course skiing and boarding in the winter. When we want to escape to a big city we head to Boston or Montreal.

What do you enjoy about the Vermont wedding industry?
Vermont is such an idyllic and tucked-away place. It really lends itself to intimate, elegant affairs set against a stunning backdrop.
