What is your background?
As a teenager an Italian neighbor taught me how to cook delicious homemade meals, including awesome spaghetti sauce. She had 7 children and I've never been able to cook for two. Over the years I started ''doing the food'' for numerous occasions, including rehearsal dinners, parties, etc. In 2004 when I hit my 25th year at IBM I decided I needed something to fall back on. I needed a 5 year plan for my catering business to be established. Here I am 5 years later and going strong. This is how Tasty Persuasions Catering was born.

How long have you been working in Vermont?
I've lived in Vermont my whole life. Opened Tasty Persuasions Catering in 2004.

Favorite downtime activity:
Looking at cookbooks, vacationing, spending time with family and friends

What do you enjoy about the Vermont wedding industry?
I love working with the brides and grooms on customizing the menu to fit their needs. I also enjoy meeting other wedding professionals. Vermont is THE place to be!
